    Role title: Media Team Leader
    Reports to: Communications Department Head
    Responsible for: The media team, PRTA's media assets, maintaining the visual quality PRTA's public image.
    Purpose of post: To improve organization of the media team and library of media assets.
    Contacts(who will they deal with): Communications Department Head, Community Managers, various other managers.
    Major duties: Managing a team of artists that are willing to set up the outlook of PRTA and visual representations such as Banners/Video's/Intro's to events/ Event pictures and banners. Maintaining PRTA's library of media assets and expanding it as needed. Improving the quality of PRTA's public image.

    Person specification:
    Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Qualities needed to perform the task:
    • Photoshop or any video editor.
    • Creative person able to get simple visual tasks done.
    • Ability to lead a team.
    • Ability to break large workloads into smaller, manageable, tasks.
    • Ability to prioritise tasks.
    Competency Framework:
    Work-related behaviour which is necessary:
    • Creativity.
    • Good organisational ability.
    • Proactive approach to problem solving.
